Le Taha’a Private Island and Spa is one of the most luxurious hotels in French Polynesia. Affiliated to the prestigious Relais and Chateaux organisation, the resort is superbly located on the coral reef of Motu Tautau, facing the island of Taha’a with an unsurpassed view of Bora Bora.
Guests can arrive by air via the island of Raiatea and transfer by private luxury speedboat or regular boat shuttle or take a 15 minute helicopter flight from Bora Bora Airport.
This traditional Polynesian-style hotel is five minutes by sea from Taha’a and offers 48 overwater suites and 12 beach villas each more than 100sqm.
The villas and suites reflect exclusivity, intimacy and spaciousness. Facilities include private patios and tropical gardens, private swimming pools (beach villas only) spacious lounges and terraces and private decks with direct access to the lagoon (overwater suites only).
There are three restaurants, one adjacent to the pool and beach; the other two are in the heart of the resort among the trees. A range of activities and excursions are available and the resort has its own onsite dive centre and Spa.
